Rhode Island -- Hospice Regatta of Rhode Island
Competing Skipper 2001 -- Steve Phillips

Steve Phillips, representing the Hospice Regatta of Rhode Island, entered the sport about six years ago with a J/105, racing in Annapolis, Maryland. Annapolis has a very large J/105 fleet, with over twenty starters for almost every race during the summer season on the Chesapeake Bay.

In 2000, he added a Concordia 47 to his life, which he raced in the Newport, Rhode Island area, earning his berth in this year's hospice regatta championship.

Concordia 47 - Le Renard IMS Worlds: 1st in Class
Buzzards Bag Regatta: 1st in Class
Leukemia Cup Race: 1st in Class
Hospice Regatta of Rhode Island: 1st in Class
Annapolis Yacht Club Fall Series: 1st in Class

J/105 Le Renard
2000 North American Championship: 1st
