Sponsorship Levels

Select your company's choice of sponsorship level and choose among the desired privileges listed below, or contact us: nhra@hospiceregattas.org to discuss a level and privileges customized to your needs.

PRESENTING SPONSOR - $50,000 and up
National and Regional Publicity

• Company category exclusivity in national championship publicity.

• Full-page ad in the advertising publications of the national championship and the sponsor's choice of regional hospice regattas.

• Company listing and links on the Alliance web site.

• National Championship Participation Trophy naming and presentation at the national championship.

• Invitation to attend the national championship weekend (number of guests to be negotiated), with limousine service and two hotel rooms provided.

• Banners and logos displayed at shore social events and on race observation yachts at the national championship.

• Merchandise and printed material displayed and/or distributed at the national championship.

Regional Regatta Participation

• Opportunity to attend any regional regattas of choice (up to four guests each regatta).

• Merchandise and printed material displayed and/or distributed at the sponsor's choice of regional regattas.

•Distribution of net proceeds to regional hospice regattas of choice.

FLEET SPONSOR - $25,000
National and Regional Publicity

• Featured as Fleet Sponsor in national publicity and race-day publications for the March 2001 National Hospice Regatta Championship and the sponsor's choice of regional hospice regattas.

• Full-page ad in the advertising publications of the national championship and the sponsor's choice of regional hospice regattas.

• Company listing and links on the Alliance web site. National Championship Participation Trophy naming and presentation at the national championship.

• Invitation to attend the national championship weekend (number of guests to be negotiated), with two hotel rooms provided.

• Banners and logos displayed at shore social events and on race observation yachts at the national championship.

• Merchandise and printed material displayed and/or distributed at the national championship.

FLAGSHIP SPONSOR - $10,000
National and Regional Publicity

• Recognition as Flagship Sponsor in national publicity and race-day publications for the March 2001 National Hospice Regatta Championship and the sponsor's choice of regional hospice regattas.

• Full-page ad in the advertising publications of the national championship and the sponsor's choice of regional hospice regattas.

• Company listing and links on the Alliance web site.

• National Championship Participation Invitation to attend the national championship weekend (number of guests to be negotiated).

• Banners and logos displayed at shore social events and on race observation yachts at the national championship.

• Merchandise and printed material displayed and/or distributed at the national championship.

Regional Regatta Participation

ADMIRAL SPONSOR - $5,000
National and Regional Publicity

• Recognition as Admiral Sponsor in race-day publications for the March 2001 National Hospice Regatta Championship and the sponsor's choice of regional hospice regattas.

• Company listing on the Alliance web site. National Championship Participation Banners and logos displayed at shore social events and on race observation yachts at the national championship.

• Merchandise and printed material displayed and/or distributed at the national championship.

• Regional Regatta Participation Merchandise and printed material displayed and/or distributed at the sponsor's choice of regional regattas.

• Distribution of net proceeds to regional hospice regattas of choice.

When your level of sponsorship and chosen activities are clear, we will complete a Sponsorship Letter of Agreement with you which details our mutual commitments. See the Sample Sponsorship Letter of Agreement.
