Bob is a member of both the Barrington Yacht Club on Narragansett
Bay and the Selkirk Yacht Club on Lake Ontario. Crewing with Bob
at the 2004 National Hospice Championship Regatta will be Tom Wells,
Dot Corey, Paul Bodensiek and Herb Clark. Bob’s 2003 Narragansett
Bay sailing achievements on his Cal 25, Avalon, included:
BYC Cox Series - 1st in Class
Volvo Leukemia Cup Regatta– 1st in Class
Sail for Others Regatta – 1st Overall (National Hospice Championship
qualifier)
NBYA Bay Challenge Cup Team Race Championship – 3rd Overall
NBYA Champion of Champions Regatta – 3rd in Class
